Oklahoma athletic director Joe Castiglione pulled up to a new house in Las Vegas in the spring of 2011 to make a major recruiting pitch. It wasn't so much to Lon Kruger, coach of the UNLV Runnin' Rebels. It was more to Kruger's wife, Barb.
