This week, Monday By the Numbers turns its attention to a pair of favored acts, one of them venerable and worldwide and the other relatively new and all about Las Vegas.

We speak of The Scorpions, arriving for a mini-residency at the Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel in May, and “Alice — A Steampunk Concert Fantasy,” which returns to Brooklyn Bowl in the Linq Promenade at 10:30 p.m. (tickets are $30, $15 for Nevada residents). The show is for ages 21 and over.
