Flexen enters with a 12.00 earned run average, and has five walks in six innings. Yes, it’s a small sample size. But against the Rangers, which is second in MLB in home runs, Flexen should suffer another poor outing.
Texas starter A.J. Griffin, who enters with a 5.20 earned run average, isn’t much better. But he didn’t pitch six scoreless innings last week against Minnesota to give confidence in a small wager.
