The UFC will allow light heavyweight contender Anthony "Rumble" Johnson to fight next weekend at UFC 191 despite his behavior surrounding a recent conflict with a woman at a gym.

In a statement issued Monday night, the UFC says it is "extremely disappointed" by the actions of Johnson, who has repeatedly faced allegations of domestic abuse.

Johnson (19-4) posted a Facebook rant this month about a confrontation with a woman during his workout. He boasted that he threw the woman's yoga mat after they argued about where Johnson could lift weights.

The UFC says Johnson personally apologized to the woman. He also agreed to undergo counseling and will make a donation to an unnamed Florida-based women's charity.

Johnson fights Jimi Manuwa on the UFC's pay-per-view card Sept. 5 in Las Vegas.
