letter to the editor:

Stay out of other countries’ business

Tue, May 19, 2015 (2 a.m.)

I take offense to the letter “Harmful drug war smacks of hypocrisy” (Las Vegas Sun, May 10) about Indonesia’s handling of drug lords.

First of all, what does President Barack Obama have to do with that country’s laws? We are sticking our nose in too many societies as it is, much less telling some small country what to do.

If you travel into foreign territories, you had better check out their rules and laws. Maybe if our country would handle drug lords as they do, we would not have so many zombies running around and the drug problem would certainly be resolved.

The letter writer talks about humanity. Check our own country’s background. We have done some terrible human rights deeds in the past and are still doing them. So quit meddling in other countries’ lifestyles and quit blaming Obama for everything that goes on in the world.
