The woman who jumped off the 20th floor of the Riviera Sunday morning in an apparent suicide has been identified, according to Metro Police.
Karla Ostrowsky, 48, jumped about 11:40 a.m., landing near a pool, Lt. Bruce Miyama said.
She was pronounced dead on scene, and her death was determined to be a suicide, he said.
The woman's official cause and manner of death will be released by the Clark County Coroner's Office.
The Riviera shut down May 4 after 60 years of business.
