Shooting
Two people were shot at an extended-stay motel Monday night in the east valley, according to Metro Police.
The shooting was reported about 9 p.m. at the Suites, at 4855 Boulder Highway, near Flamingo Road, Lt. David Gordon said.
Two males of unknown age were shot and taken to a local hospital, and at least one of them was in critical condition, Gordon said.
One of the victims may have been shot while inside a residence, while the other appears to have been shot outside, police said.
The investigation into the shooting and motive is ongoing, he said.
