Nevada Gaming Policy Committee to meet in Las Vegas

CARSON CITY — The recently revived Nevada Gaming Policy Committee, headed by Gov. Brian Sandoval, will meet next week in Las Vegas to discuss new forms of gambling and ways to keep ahead of other states.

The committee will consider such things as interactive gaming, daily fantasy sports and skill-based gaming. Its recommendations are only advisory.

The last meeting of the committee was in 2012. Its session at 10 a.m. Monday will be at Las Vegas City Hall.
