Police are investigating the shooting of a man found injured in an east Las Vegas street.
KVVU-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1SEiVwo) that authorities say the incident was reported around 11:15 p.m. Saturday near Twain Avenue and Cambridge Street.
Responding officers found a man on the ground with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
Police say he was conscious when he was transported to the hospital.
He has since undergone surgery but his current condition was not immediately known.
