A Las Vegas man died at University Medical Center after suffering injuries in a motorcycle crash Wednesday that initially didn’t appear life-threatening, according to Metro Police.
The crash happened about 8:10 a.m. on Oso Blanco Road, south of Elkhorn Road, in the northwest valley.
The motorcycle was headed south when it collided with a pickup truck making a left turn into a driveway, police said.
Police said they were notified today by the Clark County Coroner’s Office that the 37-year-old motorcyclist died at the hospital. His name has not yet been released, pending notification of family members, police said.
The driver of the truck, a 31-year-old man from North Las Vegas, and a passenger in the pickup, an 8-year-old boy, were not hurt, police said.
