Greene's Take: Willis was productive in his first year of action following his transfer from Memphis, but expect him to truly bloom as a junior. Last season, he wasn't able to lead, coming in to play behind a group of established seniors who helped re-build the program. Now, it's essentially his team, and his natural need to lead his peers will help the Fresno native bloom. What makes him such a good leader is that Willis has no hesitation when it comes to getting in his teammates' faces in a productive manner when need be. A key for him will be staying healthy, as he was plagued by nagging shoulder and knee injuries as a sophomore. When healthy, he can be a dangerous slasher and a strong shooter on the offensive end.
