WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama has arrived this afternoon at the Capitol to brief Senate Democrats on his budget plan, even as he is getting pushback from moderates in his own party.
The salesman-in-chief is taking his case to lawmakers as budget talks are underway today in both the House and Senate.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will have a briefing shortly.
