Calvin Kirklin, the man accused of shooting and killing 39-year-old Blanca Gonzalez, will know by the end of Wednesday whether he will stand trial.
Kirklin shot Gonzalez, who was with her to kids, at a stoplight on Nellis Boulevard and Charleston Boulevard.
