The Associated Press writes that unlike California's wildfires, which have been sparked by lightning, people have caused most of the major wildfires in the Reno-Lake Tahoe area.
Meanwhile, the Las Vegas area remains in a Red Flag Warning fire danger alert posted this morning by the National Weather Service. The warning lasts through 8 tonight.
