Medical Mafia?

Clark County District Attorney David Roger today likened the cone of silence descending over the medical community in the wake of the hepatitis outbreak to the "nobody talks, everybody walks" mentality of 1980s mob associate Tony Spilotro's Hole in the Wall gang. Roger made it clear the time to cut a deal will have long passed once those medical professionals are in handcuffs. Roger confirmed at least one plaintiff's attorney is telling clients not to cooperate with the criminal investigation because, the attorney claims, a successful prosecution could jeopardize their ability to collect proceeds from the defendants' insurance companies.
