Las Vegas Sun is jumping back into its high school basketball picks competition right as the action heats up.
The final two rounds of the 4A region tournaments are scheduled for tonight and Thursday, with the Southern championship to follow Saturday. The 3A Southern Region, meanwhile, starts its eight-team postseason tonight.
Foothill High will host the Desert Region semifinals and finals, with the former starting at 4:40 p.m. tonight and the latter at 7 p.m. Thursday. Legacy High is the site for the Mountain Region at identical times.
The two sides come together at 4 p.m. Saturday at Valley High for the Southern title game.
Lower seeds play at home tonight for the 3A before the final three games shift to Del Sol High.
