The National Weather Service warns motorists traveling to Mount Charleston for the weekend to expect winter driving conditions.
The Mount Charleston Fire Department reported moderate to heavy snow falling from 7,600 feet and above.
Snow levels total about 1 1/4 inches by 3 p.m. Another 1 to 2 inches of snow is possible, the weather service said.
