State Senate Majority Leader Bill Raggio has responded to Chancellor Jim Rogers' scathing analysis of how higher ed is funded and the potential cuts. In a detailed letter, Raggio says he is a huge supporter of education, that the system is not in as bad shape as Rogers asserts and that the chancellor just needs to be patient.
