Mayor Oscar Goodman, on the eve of early voting in his wife's election vs. Chris Giunchigliani, sent out a mail piece paid for by the city that seemed to have no other purpose than to brag about his accomplishments. I am sure the timing is a coincidence. And the best part in the piece: "THIS IS NOT A POLITICAL MAILER."
And this is not the planet Earth.
