Lance Burton and his Master Magician show will return to their normal schedule June 2 at the Monte Carlo after an accidental mishap in which Lance twisted his right foot during his performance last night -- which he finished despite the fracture diagnosed today after an X-ray revealed a broken bone.

This is the first time Lance has broken a bone in the 15,000 shows he has performed in 30 years. He’s performed at the Monte Carlo for the past 13 years. The mishap happened 10 to 12 minutes into the show. He is going in for surgery Monday morning by an orthopedic surgeon, and a doctor says it should take two to four weeks to heal.

All tickets are refundable from the point of purchase.

It’s one hat trick that master magician Lance Burton can’t vanish with the wave of a magic wand! The Monte Carlo headliner has canceled his weekend shows starting tonight as the result of a foot injury.

Lance confirmed this afternoon that he has sustained a broken bone in his foot and as a result has to scrap his show of illusions at the Monte Carlo tonight and tomorrow.

Lance says he will return to his normal schedule as soon as possible. He is now awaiting results of a doctor’s visit. Vegas DeLuxe will continue to monitor the state of Lance and his show.
