He was preceded in death by one brother, Dale Gallagher.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki, and one son, Sean Patrick Gallagher, both of Ridgecrest, Calif.; his parents, Melvin and Helen Gallagher of Henderson; three brothers, Michael Gallagher of San Leandro, Calif., Alan Gallagher of Ridgecrest, and Richard Gallagher of Henderson; and two sisters, Jo Gallagher of Redding, Calif., and Susan Wheeler of Madison, Ala.
Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Friday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
