Because heavy traffic has made turns difficult on Rampart Boulevard at Summerlin Parkway, city crews are installing some new stop signs.
The signs will require traffic on Rampart to stop at Summerlin Parkway so people driving off the freeway can turn left or right. Up until now, heavy, fast traffic led to long waits for people trying to use Rampart from Summerlin Parkway.
The new signs were to be put up after the morning rush hour today.
