Clark County Fire Department arson investigators labeled Sunday's blaze suspicious and are not sure where inside the Fratelli Ristorante and Lounge it started, spokesman Bob Leinbach said.
No one was seriously injured in the blaze, but one firefighter was taken to University Medical Center, where he was treated and released for dehydration, Leinbach said.
The damage was estimated at $1 million.
One week ago, firefighters doused flames at the same restaurant, and arson investigators began seeking answers to what sparked that fire.
The April 20 blaze started near the bar in the lounge area, fire officials said. It was a "set fire," one source added.
The restaurant also was burglarized that day, Leinbach said.
