She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Hake of Pinedale, Wyo., and Alan Hake of Louisville, Ky.; four daughters, Janet Hake of Reno, Kippi Paquin and Kathy Lello, both of Las Vegas, and Kristy Gonzales of Dallas; one brother, Gerald McOtis of Beloit, Wis.; one sister, Audrey Martin of Vancouver, Wash.; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
