He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Renisha Riggs and Joseph Mabin, and one sister, LaQuanna Massengale, all of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Thomas and Brenda Riggs of Las Vegas, and Flora Massengale of California.
Visitation is scheduled from noon-7 p.m. Thursday in Hines Funeral Home, 2610 E. Lake Mead Blvd. Services will be 11 a.m. Friday in Hines Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
