He is survived by his wife, Doris; two sons, Robert Rouse and Christopher Rule, both of Las Vegas; two daughters, Jodi Rule-Rouse of Las Vegas, and Janice "JJ" Rouse of Dillon, Mont.; his mother, Algene Washington of Oklahoma City; one brother, Tim Washington of Plano, Texas; and two grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
