He is survived by his parents, Judy McCullough of Richland, Wash., and Richard Goodhead of Tigard, Ore.; and three sisters, Dawn Goodhead of San Diego, Cindy Goodhead of Pasco, Wash., and Penny Goodhead of Spokane, Wash.
