He is survived by one son, Jerry Barker, and his companion, Susan Cornell, both of Pahrump; his parents, Marvel and Jerry D. Barker, and one sister, Debie Girth, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until noon services Saturday in the Alta and Jones LDS Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens.
The family suggests donations to the Jerry Barker Scholarship Fund, c/o Nevada State Bank.
