More than 350 Palm Gardens homeowners sued Rhodes Homes and its three subsidiaries Rhodes Design and Development Corp., Palm Gardens Ltd. and Palm Gardens Corp., alleging numerous defects in 236 units of the 599-unit Palm Gardens development at Tropicana Avenue and Jimmy Durante Boulevard in Las Vegas.
Rhodes Homes declined comment.
