In its Clark County District Court lawsuit, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health Enforcement claimed that Circus Circus fired employee Tibor Arlett in May 1997 after he complained about exposure to asbestos at work, then requested medical treatment.
The division claims that discharge was in violation of state law.
