The bodies of Nicole Rusk, 19, and Steven Sanchez, 28, were found in a McCarran Boulevard home late Tuesday after police were called to check on the couple. Investigators said both were shot to death.
Deputy Police Chief Jim Weston said the case was being investigated as a double homicide and that drugs apparently were involved.
Weston added that the victims may have been dead several days. He said there were no suspects, but investigators had several leads.
