I read with full agreement the Las Vegas Sun's Aug. 3 editorial: "No private pay at state universities."
The Sun wisely stated that it opposes this option "because presidents of state schools must not be obligated to any master other than the public."
Perhaps the Sun might pursue this same line of reasoning in another editorial about political action committees and their undue influence on our elected officials.
