Quiznos Subs is planning to remake the company's 2,000 restaurants nationwide. There are 25 Quiznos Sub stores in the Las Vegas Valley. Quiznos is updating its stores by by lowering counters, adding easier to read menu boards and new beverage and condiment stations. The company also is dropping the "s" in its "Subs" name, making the company's new name Quiznos Sub.
