Letter: Message wasn’t misunderstood

Letter writer Charles B. Lewis can claim all he wants that we clueless readers do not understand the statements he made comparing homosexuality to being that of a murderer or child abuser. The fact of the matter is, his remarks were ignorant and homophobic, and we read him loud and clear.
