Talk to address identity theft
Metro Police Sgt. Edward Kravetz will speak on identity theft at the Community Associations Institute's luncheon 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday at Palace Station.
Attendees will be given tips on how to prevent becoming a victim of crime, and CAI will raffle off a paper shredder in conjunction with Kravetz's presentation.
Admission $35; $25 for members.
Assemblyman Garn Mabey
will be speaking about the upcoming legislative session at a Nevada Republican Men's Club meeting 11:30 a.m. Monday at Ellis Island Casino, 4178 Koval Lane.
