A man died in Metro Police custody Monday night after officers were called to investigate a disturbance at the Western Hotel and Bingo Parlor on Fremont Street about 8 p.m.
Department officials were still trying to determine what happened this morning and refused to release any information, Sgt. Chris Jones said.
The coroner's office did not release the man's name this morning.
