Democratic "Bush-bashing" is no longer needed or effective - the voters want action. Proposed corrections to the current administration's seemingly endless list of failures should guarantee a Democratic victory this year. The need to counter-attack an expected rash of contrived threats to homeland security in the next two months seems evident, however.
FDR won a landslide victory in 1932 by promising fixes to President Herbert Hoover's failed Depression proposals - he then became legendary in carrying out these promises. Awakened Democrats can drag us from today's quagmire.
