Rep. Tom DeLay, now under indictment in Texas for money laundering, was just appointed to a seat on the House Appropriations Committee. And whose seat was he given? That of former Rep. Randy Cunningham, who was recently forced to resign after pleading guilty to accepting bribes. DeLay was also given a seat on the House subcommittee responsible for overseeing the Justice Department!
