A graphic that accompanied a story on coal plants in Friday's Sun erroneously said the House passed climate change legislation Thursday that would cap greenhouse gas emissions. In fact, the House passed fuel efficiency and renewable energy standards, and repealed tax breaks for oil companies. A Senate subcommittee has approved legislation to cap greenhouse gases and it is headed to the full Senate for debate.
