After what happened this Friday the 13th, I have a feeling a few members of the Gang of 63 are confirmed triskaidekaphobics. This is mostly a Democratic affliction as more than a baker’s dozen of them chimed in with expletives after hearing Gov. Jim Gibbons had called for a special session. How unlucky can they be as the governor goes from battered text-messenger, with all 80 percent of the state’s thumbs turned down, to Jason Voorhees , the guy who just keeps coming back to life. The Democrats are not upset because they think it’s bad luck to be in Carson City many of them have no lives outside of the state capital. They are just terrified they might actually have to do something. Now that’s scary!
