I read that President Bush has decided to forgo golf out of respect for our military forces. What he obviously doesn’t understand is that the efforts of those in the military service, presently and previously, were to enable us the luxury of playing golf or engaging in any other lawful enterprise in a country of freedom. However, if his golf game is as poor as mine, that would be a more understandable reason.
