Jason Kuckler serves as the president of PAR Development Inc., a Las Vegas-based real estate development and consulting firm, primarily focused on industrial product throughout the Las Vegas valley. Kuckler oversees all areas of development including acquisitions, entitlements, pre-development, construction, leasing, and disposition. Previously, he was with Panattoni Development, a global development firm that specializes in industrial projects. During his tenure with Panattoni, he directed the development, leasing and sales of more than 1.6 million square feet of industrial space throughout the valley. Kuckler also served as development manager of Las Vegas-based Magnum Opus, where he was responsible for nearly 1 million square feet of industrial, office and retail development. Kuckler launched PAR Development Inc. at the end of 2007 and has consulted for local and out of state firms including CA based Sequoia Equities, Wisconsin based Johnson Controls Inc., Ryder Trucks, Panattoni Development Co, and Missouri based Clayco Realty Group / CitiGroup. Kuckler earned a business degree in construction management from the University of Minnesota, Mankato. Kuckler is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
