As a senior investment associate in the multifamily division, Jeremiah Drake provides comprehensive brokerage services and investment assistance in the multifamily market to commercial real estate investors. Notably, in October 2009, Drake and The Bentley Group represented the seller and procured the buyer in the sale of Summerlin Entrada Apartments, a 352-unit apartment complex in Las Vegas at 1701 Rock Springs Drive. The sale was the first short sale of 2009 consisting of a large apartment complex without the existing lender offering financing. In addition to working with buyer and seller, the Bentley Group also worked closely with the existing lender and receiver to facilitate the transaction. Drake graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration
