In 2003, then-GLVAR president Lee Barrett appointed Rheinberger as the director-liaison charged with creating new work groups serving the interests of the more than 12,000 GLVAR members. She has also worked with the Realtor-builder relations work group and served on work groups devoted to land investment and risk management. Rheinberger has worked as a top-producing Realtor for No Ka Oi Realty Inc. (now called One Source Realty and Management) in Las Vegas since 1991. Prior to that, she sold homes for Signature Homes. Before that, she worked in the new home industry, the mortgage industry and in private funding for special projects. Rheinberger holds the professional designations of ABR, CRS, LTG, and SRES, in addition to a residential relocation certification, and a property management permit. In addition to her involvement with the GLVAR, she is actively involved in the Nevada Association of Realtors, where she currently holds the president title, and National Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, serving as the Nevada state chapter president for 2004, and is a member of Certified Residential Specialists and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She has a degree in business administration and marketing from West Virginia University, and a master’s degree in business administration from UNLV. Rheinberger also teaches classes for the GLVAR and has been involved with helping to promote legislative efforts on a state and national level that are fair to the housing community as a whole. She has lived in Las Vegas since 1986.
