Mark Stark has worked with the same company for nearly 25 years, where he started as a Realtor. He now operates Nevada’s top selling real estate company. As Prudential, Americana Group’s chief executive officer, Stark is responsible for the company’s overall strategic vision with an emphasis on growth and the retention of more than 1,100 quality sales professionals. Stark entered the real estate world as an agent in 1985, when he was a student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Five years later, he joined the management ranks of the company and shortly thereafter earned the privilege of running his own branch office, which at the time was the lowest producing office in the company. Under his leadership, his team transformed that office into the highest producing office in less than three years. In 1997, he became a partner and CEO of Prudential, Americana Group. In 2004, he acquired 100 percent ownership in the company and remains its sole owner today. Stark’s commitment to forward movement has helped Prudential, Americana Group become the most technologically advanced real estate company in Southern Nevada. Stark actively is involved in the community as a board member for Opportunity Village, a member of the large broker committee for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates and a member of Vistage, an international organization of CEOs.
