Michael Parks is a member of CB Richard Ellis’ Global Gaming Group, a strategic business unit within CBRE that focuses on serving the specific needs of the gaming community worldwide. Parks has been involved in numerous gaming asset sales including the Sahara Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas Hilton, Flamingo Laughlin and Reno Hilton. He has also been actively involved in representing both gaming and non-gaming companies in the acquisition and disposition of land parcels located in Las Vegas and throughout the United States. Prior to joining CBRE, Parks worked as an account executive for a commercial lending company. He was responsible for facilitating capital financing solutions for small to mid-size companies in well-developed industries and new technology companies around the nation.
