Prior to founding Nexus 30, Grotstein was director of the High Rise Division of Prudential Americana Group, overseeing the successful launch of more than $2 billion of high and mid-rise real estate on The Strip and the newly-revitalized downtown core of Las Vegas. Grotstein’s 17 years of project experience includes resort, urban, condo-hotel, village, high rise, mid rise, golf communities, fractional real estate and destination clubs.
