During the 1964 presidential election, Democrats stated that if people voted for Barry Goldwater, we would have a major war in Southeast Asia (Vietnam). In 2008, we were told by a new generation of Democrats that if people voted for John McCain, we would go to war in a Muslim country.
They were right. I voted for both Goldwater and McCain and the Democrats’ predictions became a reality.
