Fatal crash
A 39-year-old Las Vegas woman was killed Friday night when she drove into the wall of an interstate overpass, Metro Police said.
The woman was driving a 1997 Buick LeSabre south on H Street at Bonanza Road about 8:20 p.m. when she failed to turn left or right and drove into a block retaining wall of the Interstate 15 overpass, police said.
The woman, whose name was not immediately released, was dead at the scene, police said. Metro’s fatal unit was investigating.
