The North Las Vegas City Council will hold two town hall meetings in May to discuss the city’s plans to address its $22.6 million budget deficit for fiscal year 2011-2012.
The city’s budget reduction plan includes cuts to services and staff.
The first meeting will take place at 6 p.m. May 9 in the City Council Chambers, 2200 Civic Center Drive.
The second meeting will take place at 6 p.m. May 10 in the gym at the Silver Mesa Recreation Center, 4025 Allen Lane.
